As the 20th's commander, I would like to welcome you to the Air Force's largest operational F-16 combat wing and tell you a little about the wing. The 20th Virtual Fighter Wing has been established as dedication to the men and women of the USAF. Dedicated to establishing, the most realistic combat environment possible in the virtual world. To show your respect we have based our operations on the 20th FW based out of Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. Our mission is to be equipped to provide, project and sustain combat ready air forces ... any challenge, anytime, anywhere. The wing is capable of meeting all operational requirements worldwide, maintains a state of combat readiness and operates as the host unit providing a safe and friendly environment with all our personal. So if you are ready to show respect for all that serve throughout the world and become a part of a winning team them please enlist.
